📦 Return & Refund Policy

Our 100% money-back policy lasts for 30 days. If 29 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

⚠️ Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Only partial refunds will be granted in the following situations:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

  • Any item returned after 29 days of delivery.

🚚 Shipping
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, or damaged upon arrival), Modora will cover the return shipping cost.

For returns over $35, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item otherwise.

🔄 Exchanges
To exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

🎁 Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you:

  • You will receive gift credit for the value of your return.

  • Once the item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the gift was not marked as such, or the giver shipped it to themselves to later give to you, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

💸 Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • We will send you a confirmation email.

  • You will be notified if your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved:
Your refund will be processed to your original payment method, typically within a few days.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where Modora is at fault.

🕑 Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company – it may take time before the refund is officially posted.

  • Contact your bank – there is often processing time involved.
